Delivering across Gwinnett County, Georgia
Gwinnett County runs from Peachtree Corners and Norcross out to Dacula and Grayson, and we deliver refrigerated and freezer trailers to all of it. Organizers here carry real responsibility for who serves food, fair vendors have a long run to restock, and Duluth’s kitchens depend on their coolers. Here’s what to plan for.
Wherever you are in the county, we bring the trailer to you and pick it up when you’re done. Towns with their own page are linked.

Temporary food permits here go through Gwinnett Environmental Health, part of GNR Public Health. The current vendor application is due at least 30 days before the event, a permit lasts up to 14 consecutive days, and each booth has to be ready for inspection before it opens.
The organizer’s side matters just as much. The organizer’s application calls for a list of every food vendor and makes the organizer or property owner responsible for keeping unpermitted vendors out. If you’re running a festival for a school, shopping center, community or faith group, collect those permits early.
The county’s Temporary Outdoor Activity packet has its own list: a site plan showing where activities and structures go, written permission from the property owner, and Environmental Health approval when food is involved. Alcohol takes a separate license with a 45-day review. Show the trailer on your site plan, and if the address is inside a city such as Duluth or Norcross, check with city hall too.
The Gwinnett County Fair runs about 11 days every September at the fairgrounds on Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville. That’s a lot of product to move through one booth. A trailer at your shop or prep kitchen holds the backstock so you can load what each day needs, and rental length is flexible, so it can stay for the whole run. Ask the fair office before you count on a spot inside the grounds.
Gas South District in Duluth brings a steadier kind of demand, with an arena, a convention center and a theater on one campus. If you’re catering a banquet or feeding a show there, ask the venue what it allows on site. The trailer works just as well at your own kitchen, and our size guide helps you choose.
Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth is known for its Korean supermarkets, barbecue restaurants and bakeries, and a kitchen or market like that has a lot riding on one cooler. When one fails, every trailer can refrigerate or freeze, so you can match the trailer to what’s at risk. Many of these businesses sit in shared plazas, so ask the property manager where a trailer can park, then text a photo to (404) 418-8290. From there we’ll go over truck access to level ground and how the trailer gets power.
