Augusta, Georgia · Richmond County
Augusta’s biggest week is on the calendar well ahead of time, which makes a trailer for Masters Week an easy rental to plan. We’re based in Sandy Springs, about two and a half hours away, and we deliver refrigerated and freezer trailers to your address and pick them up when you’re done. If a cooler has already failed, call and we’ll tell you what’s available.
Tell us the address, and we bring the trailer to your business, venue, community center or home, then come back for it when you’re done.

The 2027 Masters runs April 8 to 11, with practice days starting Monday, April 5. Plenty of patrons and corporate groups rent a house for the week, then find themselves feeding a crowd from a kitchen built for one family. A 7’×12’ trailer beside the house takes the drinks, trays and catering deliveries out of the home refrigerator. Clear the spot with the homeowner or rental agent first, since we need a level place our truck can reach.
Restaurants and caterers feel the same squeeze that week. A trailer behind the building holds the extra product and keeps your walk-in open for the line. Get your dates to us early, and schedule delivery ahead of your first guests so the trailer has time to get cold. Drop-offs and pick-ups happen between 8 AM and 6 PM.
The city’s Special Events Office runs the Augusta Common and the Riverwalk, and its guidelines decide where cold storage can go. Motorized vehicles aren’t allowed on the Common, the Riverwalk or the plazas, and heavy vehicles can’t park on the Common’s grass. Plan on a nearby spot and get it approved along with your layout.
Power takes the most lead time. The office wants your full power needs 60 days before the event and requires electricians at events with food vendors. Generators have to be the quiet kind, and the office approves their use and location. Food vendors also answer to Richmond County Environmental Health, and Georgia’s vendor application is due 30 days before the event.
Hurricane Helene left parts of the Augusta area without power for more than a week in September 2024. A closed cooler holds for hours, not days, so a restaurant or grocer needs a plan that doesn’t depend on the lights coming back.
A trailer runs on electricity, which means your plan needs a generator or a site with power. Work out now where a trailer would sit, which generator you’d use and what moves first. Then call (404) 418-8290 as soon as a storm is forecast, because Augusta is a long drive from our base. Our outage page walks through the rest.

A mid-size trailer with extra room for larger events or multi-day rentals.
Our largest trailer, built for high-volume storage and extended commercial use.
Reserve it as soon as the house or venue is confirmed. Practice days start April 5 in 2027, so set delivery ahead of your first guests to give the trailer time to get cold.
Vehicles aren’t allowed on either one, so the trailer needs a nearby spot. Ask the Special Events Office when you reserve the venue, then send us the location.
