Columbus, Georgia · Muscogee County
Two calendars run Columbus: the Army’s and Uptown’s. We’re about two hours away in Sandy Springs, and we bring a refrigerated or freezer trailer to your address, then pick it up when the rush is over. Planned rentals are easiest, and if your walk-in goes down, call us and we’ll tell you what’s available.
Tell us the address, and we bring the trailer to your business, venue, community center or home, then come back for it when you’re done.

Outside town? We cover all of Muscogee County, plus every county in Georgia and the counties along the Georgia line.
Families travel to Columbus for the ceremonies that close out Army training at Fort Benning: Turning Green, Turning Blue, Family Day and graduation. The brigades post their dates, so you can see a heavy week coming. If you cater those meals or run a kitchen that fills up when families are in town, a trailer gives you a place to stage trays and hold extra product while your walk-in keeps up with daily service. Rental length is flexible, so keep it for one week or a stretch of them. Every trailer can refrigerate or freeze, and a 7’×14’ suits a kitchen that needs extra capacity for longer.
Fall brings its own push. The Fountain City Classic puts Albany State and Fort Valley State fans in A.J. McClung Memorial Stadium each November, and tailgates and team meals need somewhere cold to wait.
Up to three deadlines can land on one event, and the shortest is the one that misleads people.
Uptown permits also carry a five-hour limit, and a trailer delivered the day before will sit much longer than that. A private lot close by is the better bet, so look for one before you file. We need a level spot our truck can reach, and we’ll talk through power when you call.
Phenix City is just over the river in Russell County, and we serve that side too. The paperwork changes at the bridge, though. Alabama’s health department tells event vendors to contact the county health department where the event is held as early as possible. If your caterer works on one side and the party is on the other, find out which office applies before you lock in the menu. Events on the Georgia side stay with the deadlines above.

A mid-size trailer with extra room for larger events or multi-day rentals.
Our largest trailer, built for high-volume storage and extended commercial use.
Plan on at least 30 days. Uptown’s permit guidelines and Georgia’s food vendor form both work on that timeline, so book the trailer at the same time you file.
Start with your point of contact on post, since getting onto the installation is its own process. Then call (404) 418-8290 with the location and we’ll go over the site and power.
