Woodstock, Georgia · Cherokee County
Downtown Woodstock is built for walking, which is great for your customers and harder on a delivery truck. We bring a refrigerated or freezer trailer to Main Street kitchens, event sites and neighborhoods all over town, and we’ll sort out the spot with you before delivery.
Tell us the address, and we bring the trailer to your business, venue, community center or home, then come back for it when you’re done.

Outside town? We cover all of Cherokee County, plus every county in Georgia and the counties along the Georgia line.
The city counts almost 2,000 public spaces downtown, but few of them suit a trailer. The City Center East deck is a six-level garage, and the four paid zones are time-enforced seven days a week, from 10 AM to 8 PM. That matters when a walk-in quits at a Main Street restaurant with no lot of its own.
Look for private ground: a lot behind the building, a neighbor’s spot with their OK, or your landlord’s service area. Get permission from the owner first, then text a photo to (404) 418-8290. We need a level spot our truck can reach, as close to your kitchen door as you can manage, and we’ll talk through power at the same time. The City Center project at Main Street and Arnold Mill Road adds new road connections, so give us your exact address and we’ll plan the approach.
The city’s special event application goes to Community Development at least 30 days before you need the permit. A temporary alcohol license takes 60 days and a road closure takes 90, and both need the Mayor and City Council. The application also needs a rental agreement from Parks and Recreation if you’re using a city park, or a letter from the owner if you’re on private property.
Every application needs a site plan showing the event area and everything in it, so mark where the trailer will sit. If food or drinks will be served or sold, the city sends you to the county health department at 770-479-0444 before you apply. One heads-up: the city’s park page says Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater rentals are closed until further notice, so call Parks and Recreation at 770-517-6788 before you build a date around it.
The July 4th Spectacular and the city’s December holiday parade both run from Rope Mill Road down Main Street to Highway 92. If you’re on that route and need extra cold storage for the crowd, have the trailer delivered at least a day ahead. Drop-off happens between 8 AM and 6 PM, and parade day is the wrong day to bring a truck down Main Street. In 2026 the holiday parade falls on December 6.
Taste of Woodstock, held in September on the Woodstock Arts Event Green, puts downtown restaurants on the same green for an evening while your dining room is still open. A trailer behind your kitchen gives tasting portions their own cold space and keeps the walk-in free for dinner service. Planning a wedding or event downtown works the same way: pick the spot first, then build the rest around it.

Our largest trailer, built for high-volume storage and extended commercial use.
A parking deck won’t work, and street parking downtown is time-limited or paid in many places. A private lot behind your building or a neighbor’s lot is the better plan. Get the owner’s OK and send us a photo.
Ninety days is the minimum, and it takes Mayor and City Council approval. Show the closed intersections on a site map and include it with your event application.
Organized groups need a permit from Woodstock Parks and Recreation to use the park. Call 770-517-6788, and get that rental agreement before you send in the city’s special event application.
