Canton Street restaurants plan around third Thursdays, and a trailer delivery should too. We bring refrigerated and freezer trailers to Roswell restaurants, homes and event sites, then pick them up when you’re done.
Tell us the address, and we bring the trailer to your business, venue, community center or home, then come back for it when you’re done.

Alive in Roswell runs on the third Thursday of the month, April through October, from 5 to 9 PM on Historic Canton Street and in the Roswell Antique and Interiors lot. On festival evenings in past years, the city has closed Canton Street to vehicles between Magnolia Street and Norcross Street.
Our drop-offs and pick-ups happen between 8 AM and 6 PM, so a trailer headed to that stretch on a festival day belongs in the morning, or better yet the day before. That timing also gets it cold and stocked before the street fills up. If you share a lot, ask your landlord where a trailer can sit, and make sure the spot stays clear of the festival.
More than 60 restaurants take part in Roswell Restaurant Weeks, with special menus and limited-time dishes, and recent editions have run from late January into February. A new menu means product you don’t normally stock. A trailer behind the building gives you room for it without crowding the walk-in your line uses every night.
The same trailer covers the worse day, when a compressor quits and the weekend’s inventory has nowhere to go. A strip-center kitchen on Holcomb Bridge Road or Alpharetta Highway may have more room for a trailer than a Canton Street address does, though the landlord still gets a say. Rental length is flexible, so keep it until the repair is done. Call (404) 418-8290 and we’ll tell you what’s available, and see how walk-in backup works.
Roswell draws a clear line. An event on private property that uses city streets only for lawful parking doesn’t need a special event permit, so a graduation party or a wedding at home is usually a conversation with your neighbors and your HOA, plus a level spot for the trailer.
You do need the permit if the event affects the ordinary use of a park, street or sidewalk, disrupts traffic, or adds alcohol where it isn’t normally allowed. The city’s Special Events page asks for applications at least two weeks out when no city resources are needed, 30 days for a recurring event that needs them, and 60 days for a new one. The city handles only one road closure a day, so apply early if you’re closing a street.
Food has its own clock. Fulton County wants food vendor applications for special events 30 business days out, as our Fulton County page explains.

Roswell doesn’t require a special event permit if the party stays on private property and uses city streets only for lawful parking. If you live in an HOA neighborhood, check its rules on parking a trailer too.
The city lists $50 when no city services are needed and $150 when they are. The Special Events page has the current numbers and the application link.
