Backup for Roswell Road and Perimeter kitchens
Most of the calls a restaurant makes about cold storage start the same way: the walk-in is warming up, the repair tech can’t come until tomorrow, and the weekend’s inventory is inside. A trailer parked behind the building gives you a place to move that product tonight, and your kitchen keeps its normal routine while the cooler gets fixed.
The same goes for the hotel kitchens, office cafés and corporate caterers around Perimeter Center. If a remodel or equipment swap takes your cooler offline for a few weeks, rent for a few weeks. Rental length is flexible, so you only keep the trailer as long as the job takes. Our first-hour walk-in checklist covers what to do before we arrive.
Two deadlines come before the menu at Sandy Springs events
If your event needs a city permit, Sandy Springs asks for 90 days to review the application. Road closures, alcohol, fireworks, amplified music or more than 500 guests all put an event in the city’s higher permit tier, and the city’s special event page explains where to apply. City Springs has its own event policy on top of that, so ask the venue what applies to your date.
Food has a separate clock. The Fulton County Board of Health wants the organizer to turn in every food vendor’s application 30 business days ahead, and fees can double if they’re late. Book the trailer when you book the caterer. Delivery the day before gives it time to get cold before the food arrives.
Finding a spot for the trailer
A lot of Sandy Springs addresses have the same problem: the kitchen is easy to reach on foot and hard to reach with a truck. Parking decks are out, and a shared lot may need a word with the property manager first. Before delivery, text us a photo of where you’d like the trailer at (404) 418-8290. We need a level spot our truck can reach, close to where you’ll be loading, and we’ll talk through power at the same time.

Refrigerated trailer rental in Sandy Springs: FAQ
How far ahead should I book for an event at City Springs?
Book as soon as you have a date. The city’s own special event review takes 90 days, so the trailer belongs on the list alongside the caterer and the permit.
Where in Sandy Springs do you deliver?
Everywhere in the city, from Perimeter Center and the Roswell Road corridor to the neighborhoods along the river. Give us the address and we’ll tell you what we need at the site.
Can the trailer stay behind my restaurant while my walk-in is repaired?
It can stay for the whole repair. Rental length is flexible, so we pick it up when the walk-in is back. All we need is a level spot with power and your property’s OK.
Can I rent a freezer trailer in Sandy Springs?
Yes. Every one of our trailers can run as a refrigerator or a freezer. Tell us what you’re storing.
