Johns Creek, Georgia · Fulton County
In Johns Creek, a big gathering often means a backyard, a park pavilion or a tournament field, and none of those come with a walk-in. We deliver a refrigerated or freezer trailer to your spot and pick it up when you’re finished.
Tell us the address, and we bring the trailer to your business, venue, community center or home, then come back for it when you’re done.

Johns Creek’s park pavilions and clubhouse space rent for groups of up to 75. Go bigger and you’re into the city’s Special Event/Tournament application: a $200 non-refundable fee up front, then an event fee based on expected attendance, with the first tier covering up to 150 people. Park staff answer within five business days. The city’s rentals page urges you to confirm your date first, since that $200 doesn’t come back.
That’s also the time to bring up the trailer. Ask park staff whether our truck can reach the spot you want and where the nearest power is. If there’s no power close by, a generator can run the trailer.
The city’s field schedules show Cauley Creek Park and Shakerag Park full of soccer and cricket, and a tournament day is long. Team meals, cases of drinks and bags of ice add up, and coolers on the sideline only last so long. A trailer near the concession area gives you one place to keep all of it cold, and it can run as a freezer if ice is the main job.
If food vendors are part of the plan, check the city’s applications page, which lists a Food Truck/Trailer/Tent Event Permit under the Fire Department and a Special Events (Private) permit under Community Development.
Before a trailer goes in the driveway for a graduation party or a family celebration, check with your HOA. Then look at the city’s “Do I need a permit?” chart. It says yes to tents larger than 12’×12’ and to “other temporary structures, such as trailers,” so call Community Development, describe your rental and ask how that applies to your date.
On our side, we need a level spot our truck can reach. Text a photo of the driveway or side yard to (404) 418-8290, and we’ll talk through the spot and power. Delivery the day before gives the trailer time to get cold.
The city’s International Festival has landed on the first Saturday in May in recent years, most recently on the fields across from the Atlanta Athletic Club, built around traditional food, music and art. Community and faith groups cooking for an event like that, or for a large meal of their own, often need more cold space than a home or community kitchen has.
Fulton County wants food vendor applications for special events 30 business days out, and nonprofit food sales follow separate rules. Our Fulton County page covers both.
