Delivering across Henry County, Georgia
Henry County’s biggest food weekends come with dates you can plan around: NASCAR in Hampton, the Georgia State Fair, the Geranium Festival in McDonough. We deliver a refrigerated or freezer trailer ahead of the crowds and pick it up after they leave. We’re also a phone call away when a walk-in quits on an ordinary Tuesday.
Wherever you are in the county, we bring the trailer to you and pick it up when you’re done. Towns with their own page are linked.

Those are the days cold space gets tight. Caterers feeding race crews, restaurants near the I-75 exits and vendors working a ten-day fair all want extra room at the same time. A trailer at your shop holds the overflow, and every trailer can refrigerate or freeze, so tell us what you’re holding: drinks, produce or frozen product. If you want one on the speedway grounds, get the OK from the speedway or your event organizer first. Call (404) 418-8290 early and we’ll say what’s available for your dates.
Henry runs along I-75, and the site questions change as you head south. Around Stockbridge, where I-675 meets I-75, a lot of kitchens sit in shopping centers, so ask the property manager about a trailer spot while your walk-in still works. Our restaurant backup page shows how that rental runs.
In McDonough, events on the Square go through the Main Street McDonough program, whose application needs a map. Show the trailer on that map, or find it a nearby lot you have permission to use.
Hampton’s issue is timing. Drop-off and pick-up happen between 8 AM and 6 PM, so ask for delivery a day ahead of race traffic and plan the pick-up after it clears. In Locust Grove and the neighborhoods in between, it comes down to a level spot our truck can reach and a power source.
District 4 Public Health, which covers Henry County, says the organizer and vendors at a temporary food event must submit their applications 30 days before the event. Put the trailer on the same list. Delivery the day before gives it time to get cold, and your crew can stock it before anyone shows up. Our guide to keeping food cold at outdoor events helps with the rest.
